Injector retention dominates the conversation about staffing, and reasonably so — but the front desk, coordinators, and support staff who actually run the practice matter just as much, and turnover among them quietly costs more than most owners realize. Every departure takes knowledge, relationships, and momentum out the door, and the cost of replacing and retraining rarely shows up as a line item until it's already hurt the business.
